The development of transnational trade union cooperation in the context of multinational companies

In a first phase, the research identified the need for cooperation between the representation structures of male and female workers in Germany and Italy. Subsequently, the project sought to develop a model of exchange and cooperation between the territorial trade union structures of the two countries.
