The project addresses a gap in current industrial relations studies. It aims to combine a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted phenomena linked to digitalisation with acritical examination of industrial relations practices that attempt to respond to the new needs of workers and undertakings. The research encompasses three digital transformation casesthat show different implications for work patterns and industrial relations: Platform Work, Smart Work, Industry 4.0. The project covers the following countries: Bulgaria, Denmark,Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Italy and Poland.

📌The seminar is organized by the National Federation of Workers’ Councils, in cooperation with Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary (KRE), Faculty of Law(Department of Labour Law and Social Security) and the Georg-August-University Göttingen.
